Felipe B. Delgado House

This late Territorial era house was built around 1890 by Felipe B. Delgado, a prosperous Santa Fe merchant. It has a second-story wooden balcony and a stone basement, unusual in Santa Fe. Santa Fe architect and preservationist John Gaw Meem purchased the house from the Delgado family in 1970. He and his wife Faith donated the Delgado House to the Foundation in 1980.
