Plaque Event at Los Pinos Ranch

Join us on September 12 at the beautiful Los Pinos Ranch to celebrate the awarding of their register plaque. This event features a talk from Historian Mac Watson about the history of the property.
Los Pinos ranch has been in operation in the Pecos Wilderness since 1912. Originally built as a summer residence, this picturesque property allows guests to enjoy the beauty of the New Mexico wilderness.
DIRECTIONS:
I-25 North to the Pecos/Glorieta Exit #299. Turn left and cross over I-25 bridge.
Take New Mexico State Highway 50 to Pecos.
In Pecos at 4-way stop sign, turn left (north) onto New Mexico State Highway 63 (junction of New Mexico State Highways 63 and 50).
Enjoy the 20 mile ride on paved road (New Mexico State Highway 63) from Pecos to Cowles. Road winds through the Pecos River Valley.
At Cowles, turn left to cross the Pecos River bridge onto Winsor Road. The Cowles Ponds and Winsor Creek will be on your left.
Go about 100 yards to Panchuella Road, the first road turning right. Look for the Los Pinos Guest Ranch sign.
Turn right onto Panchuella Road and go up the hill for about one-quarter mile to the top of the hill.
Los Pinos Guest Ranch is on your right just after you top the hill. Parking is on the left side of road. The Main Lodge and guest cabins are on the right side.
